After the fall of the Berlin Wall and the subsequent opening of the borders, the Foundation began to promote international seminars for students, mainly from Eastern Europe. Through this activity, the Foundation created an International network of more than 500 institutions from 83 countries on 5 continents. Over the years the Foundation has developed the concept that the true meaning of the hotel business must be understood as a place of hospitality for its visitors and one of social responsibility.
